Cana Island is an island in Baileys Harbor. The Cana Island Lighthouse is on the east side of the island. It is possible to walk to Cana Island from the mainland over the tombolo when water levels are low. Otherwise, you have to take a tractor-pulled wagon across. There are fees per person; check their website for the current price.
